You retain all intellectual property rights to the code submitted for review. Aviary SecureCode agrees to keep all client data confidential and will not share source code with third parties without express written consent.

While our proprietary AI and human experts strive for 100% accuracy in detecting vulnerabilities and code quality issues, no review process is infallible. Aviary SecureCode provides recommendations based on current industry standards and the OWASP framework. We do not guarantee that our review will identify every possible security threat or bug in your application.

Aviary SecureCode shall not be held liable for any damages—including but not limited to financial loss, data breaches, or operational downtime—that may occur following our code review services. The client is responsible for the final implementation of suggested fixes and the overall security posture of their software.
